Return & Exchange Policy
1. Returns
We do not accept returns once a purchase has been made. Please ensure your selection is final before completing your order.
2. Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase and must be supported with the original bill. To qualify for an exchange, the product must be in excellent condition with all original tags attached and intact.
3. Exchange Options
You may exchange your item in-store by visiting our outlets in Moratuwa or Negombo. Alternatively, exchanges can be arranged via courier, with both pickup and return courier charges to be covered by the customer.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.
